FitFighter Shark Tank Pitch, Offer, and Video
Sarah Apgar (Founder): Seeking $250,000 for 15% equity
Mark Cuban: After listing all the sales numbers and business models, Mark found out that Sarah was not focused on one thing, she tried to do multiple things at once. Mark was the first who did not make any offer by saying “it’s harder to be in a business and do one thing and it’s harder to be in a business and try to do multiple things”.
Kevin O’Leary: Kevin decided not to invest in Sarah’s company because he already has a business in the same space and investing in Sarah’s company would mean that he would be competing with his own business in customer acquisition.
Robert Herjavec: Robert was also out because he did not get enough confidence to invest in Sarah’s company.
Daniel Lubetzky: Daniel was the only shark who make an offer of $250,000 for 30% equity, if Lori joined the offer.
Lori Greiner: Lori decided not to invest.
Daniel Lubetzky: After Lori declined, Daniel offered $250,000 for a 25% stake.
Sarah Apgar (Founder): Sarah countered with a 20% stake for $250,000.
Daniel Lubetzky: Daniel has not accepted Sarah’s offer by saying “I’m stretching myself to 25%”
Sarah Apgar (Founder): After thinking for a moment, Sarah accepted the offer of $250,000 for 25% equity.
